High quality presentation and simple to use. Students have 60 days to complete the class. Interactive video and audio. Covers the basic needed information approved by the state of Minnesota for re-certification.
After you take the online course, you will need to print the certificate and mail it to the Minnesota Department of Health along with a renewal application and a check for $35.00, they in turn will mail to you a brown card certificate. When asked about the course information on the application, write in Tap Series.
Before registering for the online renewal class option, verify your CFPM certificate in the MDH / CFPM database to determine your certificate’s expiration date (this is the date by which you must renew your certificate). If you have your certificate in your possession, it will appear similar to the picture at right.
If you do not see your name in the database, then more than likely you will have to start with taking the ServSafe® full day class. Call 651-201-4500 and ask to speak with someone about “CFPM Renewal”. If they confirm that you do not have a CFPM certificate then, please see the homepage for class dates and locations to register for the full day class.
Register for the course online, then within 24 hours I will send an email to you with a link to complete the online class.
