Initial ServSafe® Class: 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Certified Food Protection Manager renewal 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Lunch: 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., on your own.
Exam: 4:15 to 6:15 p.m. (Exam only students must arrive by 3:30 p.m.)
BEFORE registering for the 4 hour continuing education class, please verify the status of your CFPM certificate in the Minnesota Department of Health CFPM database. Be sure to search under your maiden name if married. If your name is not listed in the MDH CFPM database you must complete the full day eight (8) hour food handler certification course, i.e., ServSafe.
If you do not have a current CFPM certificate DO NOT register for the renewal class! Students who erroneously register for the renewal class may use their payment as a credit toward the full day class OR receive a partial refund.
